# On early cancellation, min monthly spend (capped at $50) is payable for remaining months. You can change between the new Cap plans once a month. You can change plans up & back down to your original plans, but cannot move to a plan lower than your original commitment. Your original handset price will still apply after changing plans. If you cancel within your min term contract, the early termination fee of your current plan & handset will apply. 4. Business Shared Caps. You need to take a minimum of 2 mobiles for a Shared Cap. On early cancellation of a single service within a Shared Cap group, the number of months remaining of contract times monthly handset instalment is payable. On early cancellation of a whole Shared Cap group, early plan termination fee = number of months remaining on contract times half of the Cap plan min monthly spend + the number of months remaining of contract times monthly handset instalment is payable. Handset credit expires on early cancellation. Unused amounts do not roll over.

If your account is not paid in full on or before the due date, a late payment fee of $4.95 (including GST) will apply each month until the overdue amount is paid.
